Most of us know or experienced the "MURPHY's" law at one stage or another.
However this seems not to be the only mishap we might have come across.
Hence I would want to add (2x less comonly known) rules we might see being follwed:

The 6 (or 7) common "Project Phases"
Six phases @ wikipedia

with a seven^th phase, being:
 "mass exodus / escape from responsibility"
being added between #3 and #4.
